IMTS Fair has over 8,000 booths of leading enterprises in the field of manufacturing and production technology in the United States and many famous brands from around the world are present.
The fair is divided into four main areas, including the East, West, South and North buildings with clearly separated subdivisions of four basic areas, which are the themes of the Fair such as: electronics industry and supporting industrial components; CAD/CAM, EDM, production management control equipment areas; production machinery and equipment area and engines; mechanical manufacturing area.

The fair also offers a special workshop called “Job Shop” specifically for university students in the US who want to visit, learn about technology and intern as well as find jobs in the future.

IMTS Fair is organized by The Association For Manufacturing Technology – AMT, an organization established in 1902 in Virginia.
The AMT is an organization that specializes in providing support for the business goals of manufacturing enterprises globally and is also involved in research and providing information and data.

As a guest of this year’s IMTS Fair, the Vietnam Association for Supporting Industries (VASI), although a young association, newly established in 2017, brought to the fair a strong force of 26 people. Vietnam’s leading enterprise in the fields of mechanics, manufacturing, electronics, and automation.
Many connection activities between Vietnamese businesses and businesses attending the fair have taken place continuously, promising great potential for cooperation, exchange, buying and selling, and updating technology between Vietnamese and American businesses in the future.
