Minh Man Printing’s Board of Directors sent 08 officers from QA, Production, and Accounting departments to attend the QA SPECIALIST training course organized by PMS Training Consulting School on September 8-9, 2017.
Why train QA specialists?
The main premise of coaching is to focus on developing potential, thinking about the future, helping businesses improve revenue and advance more quickly rather than judging or criticizing what has happened in the past. Target
Through the course, the QA team has learned to apply advanced quality management tools such as the PDCA cycle, fishbone diagrams (cause-and-effect), 5W, 4M, and PARETO charts (80% – 20%). These tools help in conducting in-depth practical inspections, effectively tracing root causes, and quickly finding remedial measures. They also aid in preventing unnecessary risks, developing control plans, and establishing appropriate inspection standards in production to ensure customer quality requirements are met.
